At Nature Coast Audiology Associates, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with hearing and balance disorders through compassionate, personalized, and innovative audiological care. We are committed to providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, advanced treatment options, and ongoing support to ensure our patients achieve optimal hearing health. Our dedicated team of professionals strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every patient feels heard, valued, and empowered on their journey to better hearing.
At Nature Coast Audiology Associates, we also believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. Our commitment to the local community goes beyond providing exceptional audiological care. We actively engage in community outreach programs, support local initiatives, and collaborate with organizations to improve the overall well-being of our neighbors, including our furry friends. One specific way we give back is through donations to local animal shelters and rescues.
After graduating from Florida State University (Go Noles!) with dual bachelor's degrees in Communication Sciences & Disorders and Family & Child Sciences, Dr. Montero continued her academic journey by earning a Doctorate in Audiology from Nova Southeastern University. Driven by a passion for helping others, Dr. Montero is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized audiological care and empowering patients to achieve optimal hearing health.
Outside of work, Dr. Montero loves exploring other cultures through travel, finding inspiration and joy in new experiences around the world. At home, Dr. Montero enjoys spending quality time with her husband, and their beloved dogs, soaking in memories with family and friends.
Parker is the Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator at our audiology practice, where he plays a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient who walks through the door. With a natural ability to connect with people, Parker ensures that each visit runs smoothly, from scheduling appointments to guiding patients through their hearing healthcare journey.
Known for his friendly demeanor and genuine care, Parker is often the first smiling face patients see and the steady support they rely on throughout their visits. He takes pride in helping individuals with hearing loss, making sure they feel heard, respected, and well cared for.
Outside of the office, Parker enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, being on and in the water, and making memories with his dog Onyx and his girlfriend, Meghan. His love for people and passion for helping others are reflected both in and out of the workplace.
